Terms of Service

This Terms Of Service ("TOS") governs the use of Trunks ("Service"), a service provided by Linked Lab LLC ("Linked Labs"). Violation of this TOS may result in suspension or termination of your service. In the event of a dispute between you and Linked Labs regarding the interpretation of this TOS, Linked Lab's interpretation, in its reasonable commercial judgment, shall govern. Linked Labs reserves the right to update and change the Terms Of Server at any time and without notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your consent to such changes. You may view the most recent version of the Terms of Service at: http://trunksapp.com/content/terms

General Terms

  • You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
  • You must be human. Accounts registered by bots, scripts, or otherwise will be terminated without notice.
  • Your account information must be up-to-date at all times. This includes your e-mail address as well any other information gathered during the signup process.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and password. Linked Labs will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of your failure to ensure the security of your account.
  • Linked Labs does not guarantee the service will meet your requirements, be available 100% of the time or be bug free. The service is provided "as in" and "as available".
  • You understand and will not hold Linked Labs responsible for any loss or damage incurred to you or your business by using Trunks. This includes, but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses.
  • We reserve the right to remove any information which we consider to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic or otherwise objectionable.
  • The failure of Linked Labs to enforce any right or provision of these terms & conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The terms and conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and Linked Labs and governs your use of Trunks, superseding any prior agreements between you and Linked Labs (including, but not limited to, any prior version of the terms and conditions).

Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

  • Linked Labs reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Notice of such shall be posted on the Trunks website and/or blog.
  • Payments payed in increments of one year. Payments are not automatically recurring. You must manually issue a new payment for each year you use the service.
  • All fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties that might be imposed by taxing authorities. You shall be responsible for payment of any such taxes, levies, or duties.
  • We do not offer refunds on any packages. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service when canceling service, or refunds when upgrading or downgrading your package.

Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation of your account is solely your responsibility. Accounts can be cancelled at any time through the Profile management interface. An email or phone request does not constitute a cancellation.

Upon cancellation, the account and all data associated with it will be immediately deleted. This is irreversible.

If you cancel before your renewal date, the cancellation will be immediate and no refund or credit will be given.

Excessive Bandwidth Use

Each account is permitted to use the average amount of resources as determined by Linked Labs. Excessive use of bandwidth may result in throttling your account or immediate suspension. You will be notified of excessive usage by e-mail and your account will continue to be throttled or suspended until the issue is resolved.

Hardware and Hosting

  • Linked Labs owns the servers used for hosting Trunks and its services.
  • Bandwidth, network, and power availability are provided by a third party colocation facility.
  • Our equipment is located at RelyNet Data Center in Rancho Cardova, California.
